Unfortunately, we no longer accept repairs in person for end customers. The defective device can be sent to us after registering in the service portal. Alternatively, the device can be returned to the retailer.
Yes, end customers must register their repairs in the service portal before sending them in. This helps us prevent incorrect submissions and avoid unnecessary costs.
