The repair registration

Register your defective device in our service portal. We will review the registration and send you the documents for the next steps.

The transport

After the repair registration, you can send us your defective device along with the RMA delivery note. Depending on the type of defective device you have, you will also receive a postal label.

The repair

Once we have received your defective device, you will receive an email with all the information. In this email, you will receive a link that allows you to track the status of your repair.

The return delivery

After the repair is completed, your defective device will be conveniently returned to you.

Yes, data on the device will be deleted during the repair. Please back up all data before sending in the device.
